3. Liability
The organisation is liable for damage caused by the volunteer to third parties while performing voluntary work. If the volunteer causes damage to the organisation or third parties while performing voluntary work, he is only liable for his fraud and gross negligence. He is only liable for minor negligence if this is customary rather than accidental on his part.

4. Reimbursement of expenses
The non-profit organisation reimburses transport costs for activities and pays for training courses in the context of voluntary work. The organisation reimburses the actual costs incurred in the context of voluntary work, provided that an expense claim is submitted and the correct supporting documents are provided.

5. Confidentiality obligation
The volunteer may learn information that is subject to confidentiality. In accordance with Article 458 of the Penal Code, you may not disclose this information unless required to do so by law or if you are required to testify. Violation of this obligation is punishable by imprisonment and a fine.
